Know what you are Ordering:
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. Due to the many revisions over the model years of many Stihl, Husqvarna, Jonsered and other brand saws we ask that you make sure you do the proper research to assure you are ordering the correct part. Just because we have a part listed for a particular model doesn't necessary mean it will fit every saw made under that model number. For instance some saws might have had 3 different coils available for a particular model all depending on what year it was manufactured. We try to list the exact picture of the part and any OEM number associated with the part.
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and shipped the same day, based upon stock and availability. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the following business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped USPS or FedX Ground unless you contact our Customer Service Department with a stated preference, prior to placing your order. Our Customer Service Department will be glad to process your order over the phone and check into costs associated with alternative shipping for you. Shipping charges are based on location, weight and size of the total packages. An additional shipping charge is required for items considered heavy weight and or oversized.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, meaning merchandise that you didn't order, please call us within 3 days of the delivery, If we are at fault we will send a pre-paid shipping label, and once the incorrect merchandise is returned, we will send the correct item without additional shipping costs. If it is discovered that the item number shipped is identical to the one on the invoice, indicating that the wrong item was ordered by you the customer, in this circumstance, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Also, when the order is delivered to you, we suggest that you inspect the packages for damage before you sign for the delivery or open the packages. A package must be signed for as “damaged” to process a claim for replacement, and the boxes must be kept for inspection.
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please feel free to return it, unused, within 20 days from the day it was ordered, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You must call us for authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We suggest that you insure the return for your protection, Northwood Saw is not responsible for damages incurred or the loss of package during transit. Upon receipt of the unused items, we will give you credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping and handling). It is necessary for you to include your phone number, address RMA#, and a copy of the invoice with any return. Also, briefly state the reason for the return and instructions for replacing the item. We will refuse any returns sent back C.O.D.
